August 2017 marks Concordia International School Shanghai's 20th anniversary. For two decades, the school has been providing outstanding educational opportunities for its students while building an engaged and vibrant community...and that community continues to grow.
Adding ECNUAS to the Concordia community
Over the summer, Concordia joined in a sister school agreement with East China Normal University Affiliated Bilingual School (ECNUAS) with the purpose of increasing mutual understanding and friendship between the two institutions.
Under the guidance of Concordia Head of School Dr. Mary Scott and ECNUAS Headmistress Ms. Gloria Gong, the relationship between the schools will grow and develop.
The schools will explore collaboration around both local and international school curriculum and education and create opportunities for enhancing language skills.
The Mandarin education and Chinese culture studies at Concordia will be enriched as a result of the close relationship, and no doubt both schools will benefit from the exchange of ideas between teachers and administrators.
