Once we offer a contract and hire a teacher, the HR Team schedules one on one online talk with the new teacher to go through paperwork and timelines. We assign HR specialists to follow up with each teacher regarding their questions and challenges for paperwork and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Starting in January, we host monthly online transition sessions with new hires to go through various topics and information to help them prepare and transition to Shanghai until June.
